As the owner of Into the Light LLC, Karen emphasizes and promotes Self Love and Generational Wellness through herbal remedies. By combining herbs, proper nutrition, crystals and meditation, Karen is focused on impacting Generational Wellness. "The Ancestors used their knowledge of the Earth’s abundance to maintain and restore their health," Karen says. "We should continue to follow in their footsteps."

Yoni Steam treatments involve an in-depth consultation, combined with a blend of herbs that are tailored to holistically meet the health and wellness needs of each individual client. Yoni Steam services are by appointment only and can take up to two hours, depending upon the needs of the client.
